   The first error was:

   Font Capture: Illustrator.exe - Entry Point Not Found

   The procedure entry point ?getAvailableLocales@Collator@icu_58@@SAPEBVLocale@2@AEAH@z could not be located in the dynamic link library icui18n.dll.

   When I open Illustrator I receive an error about Font Capture. It happens every time I open Illustrator CC 2018 on my computer. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that does not help.
