    Ritika,

    It's pretty straight forward:

    Once you select a color in the "Color Guide" panel, none of the tints that display down below are clickable. Clicking on the various color swatches in the tints won't change the color of the object on the artboard to the tint color that's clicked.

    Hope Adobe gets this fixed to work properly. In the mean time, I've found that right clicking on the SHADES and TINTS color swatches in the Color Guide work - or at least it is right now. Who knows if it will continue to work consistently.
