We have tried to address this issue in our Prerelease build of 25.4.0 .
Please visit adobe.ly/1o2SDsg to join our pre-release program and get the Prerelease build of version 25.4.0 from CCD “Prerelease” tab in Categories section.

Yes, I am correctly signed in on both AI and CC apps. I have generated the logs zip file as directed, but I believe it has to be sent directly as an email attachment as I can't attach it here? Can you send me an email address I can forward the logs to?
