   We have a confirmation from nvidia that the issue has now been fixed for both GeForce and Quadro. Please update Nvidia GPU drivers to fix this issue.

   rolled Nvidia driver back to 381.89 on Windows 10 and Outline view is back. Waiting for fix before updating to latest driver.
