   My colleague has the exact same error: The procedure entry point ?getAvailableLocales@Collator@icu_58@@SAPEBVLocale@2@AEAH@z could not be located in the dynamic link library icui18n.dll.

   Windows 7 Pro, 32-bit. I do not ********* my machine.
