    I can't select and move vector graphics without this happening to my illustrator artboard (see screen catures), I can't move graphic elements without it shaking. I try zooming in and out - closing the document and illustrator and starting all over again, but it keeps happening over and over, I can't basically use the APP AT ALL.

    Everytime I try to select and element or move an element the whole APP almost goes into a malfunction!
