Having the same issue.. Graphics are glitching really bad, almost disappearing entirely sometimes.
Illustrator CC 2018 version 22.0.1
2017 Macbook Pro 13" High Sierra 10.13.1
2.3 GHz Intel Core i5
16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

I believe that the issue started once I updated my Mac to High Sierra. After I updated to High Sierra the problem in illustrator was obvious, I updated to version 22.0.1 and the problem persisted. I uninstalled Illustrator and reinstalled and the problem was still there. The graphics glitch goes away if I turn off the GPU Preview, but unfortunately the performance isn't that great. I hope that this problem can be resolved soon...
