I think its dreadful how nothing has been done to fix this issue and it is completely affecting workflow. Definitely not something you would expect when paying a large amount of money for a program supposed to be high quality.
Please fix these or I (and I am sure many other users) will take our custom elsewhere. All users affected should be offered our money back for the last few months of not being able to use Illustrator efficiently- or at least some sort of compensation.

I am sick of this problem, it is really affecting my workflow. This problem has been going on for months and it seems that nothing is being solved.
It was the worst feeling the other day when my monthly amount came out of my bank account for a product I can't even use. I am disgusted in Adobe- where is our compensation?
