Illustrator cc 2018, recently bought. Its a new Mac book pro and this I what keeps happening.

Hi,
I have recently bought the newest MacBook and bought the softwares alongside to make things faster and easier. This is not the kind of service you expect when you are paying huge amounts of cash on upgraded hardware and software only to be receiving such poor services. Adobe- you really need put your things in order!
