    In my case this issue was solved by docking the task bar at the bottom of the screen. I had previously had it locked at the top of the screen.

    I am concerned from the lack of response thus far to this problem that I'm not being taken seriously as a paid customer.

    I can confirm that this is still an issue as of Monday 22 January 2018 using Adobe Illustrator CC 22.0.1 (64-bit) on Windows 10 version 1709 (build 16299.192) with a 1366x768px display resolution.

    I would add that this is a problem I've experienced from the very first day I paid for and downloaded Adobe Illustrator CC.
