    Here is some good news. We users who have confirmed that the issue is resolved when you install the latest version of Google File Stream.
    Please update to Google Drive File Stream 26.1.37.2022 or later

    I just had time to update and test it. Issue seems resolved. Everything runs smoothly AI 22.1 (64bit) on Win 7 x64 SP1. Thanks.

    I already spoke with adobe remote support and google drive file stream and reported the issue to both parties. There is no fix at the moment, so I guess there is nothing you can do right now...

    Also I want to add that there is no issue with the CC 2017 with the google drive file stream installed.
