    We have the fix available in the latest release. Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest build for version Illustrator CC 23.0.

    Application frame bug.

    If you turn off application frame, and then create a new document, the new document window is unusable, its either completely black or (in my case completely red). If you then turn the application frame back on, the view refreshes and you can see your Pasteboard and Canvas.

    This is suing the latest version of Illustrator and is easily reproducible on different mac's running the latest version of High Sierra (10.13.4)
