   This issue is reproducible with HFS paths.

   Workaround: Use the POSIX path for opening files

   Example:
   set myFilePath to POSIX path of theAIFile
   open file myFilePath without dialogs

   An error occurred while saving the comment

   I'm running into the same issue and the workaround didn't work for me, any other idea?
