I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 23.0.6 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Jeff Koke commentedI have this same issue, as well as several palettes moving to primary monitor when opening Illustrator. Resetting the Workspace fixes the problem, but it returns when quitting and restarting Illustrator.

Yeah. This is not resolved. The panel jumps to a random location on a different monitor even when it is open and undocked. How about if the panel is open anywhere in the workspace, you don't "pop" it to a random location, but if it's not open, you can make it appear?
