Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.

I work on official V23.0.2, not the pre release any more: Illustrator freezes after any open or save. Do we get money from Adobe because we use their software, or do we pay Adobe because we have to do our work? I feel totally frustrated.
