    Still having this exact problem occur in 23.0.2, can't have Graphic Styles palette present when opening a document. Can use it while a document is open, but must remember to close it again, otherwise greyed out menus and spinning wheel of death. Painful.

  2. Illustrator CC 23.0.2 does not open files and cannot start new file. Toolbars and Menus are inaccessable.
