Opening Graphic styles causes crashes of v23
Checking on status of incident (ADB-4515680-P0G2). Adobe has connected with my computer twice and we were able to replicate the "crash" or freezing of the program when the graphic styles were opened in Illustrator 23.01. I am currently using V22 when I need to use graphic styles.
Have the engineers made progress in determining the issue and developing a fix?

They worked with me sharing screens and saw first hand the way Illustrator crashed when the graphic styles are opened, even if the page is blank.

I have been having this same problem. As soon as i open the Graphics Styles palette, the whole program freezes. This problem has persisted across multiple updates. Any solution would be amazing, Adobe...

Still having this exact problem occur in 23.0.2, can't have Graphic Styles palette present when opening a document. Can use it while a document is open, but must remember to close it again, otherwise greyed out menus and spinning wheel of death. Painful.

I have this exact same issue. If I click on the graphic style window I get the rainbow spinning wheel and then all my drop-down menus become grayed out and I have to force quit the program and restart to do anything. I'm on a mac and running illustrator 23.0.2.

I am having this same issue. The program freezes and my only way to keep working on my file is to force quit and reopen the program and file, losing any work after my last save.
