   I'm trying to create a pattern that contains a pattern. Each time I try to crop the pattern using Pathfinder > Crop, Illustrator freezes. If I try to "stop" the process, Illustrator crashes and I have to restart. I saw that someone had reported a similar issue late 2018 and the bug status shows as "completed" with the issue being fixed in 23.0.2. However, I'm running 23.0.2 and I'm experiencing what appears to be the same problem.

   I'm running Mac OSx Mojave 10.14. I've experienced this issue on both an iMac and a Macbook Pro. Each has 16GB of RAM. Again, using Illustrator 2019, 23.0.2.
