   Hi,

   Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please try changing the UI scaling option under preferences—>UI interface—>UI Scaling —> small. Please revert back if this doesn’t work.

   turning off "Append [Converted] Upon Opening Legacy Files" seemed to work for me but for what every reason adobe could not suggest this
