    Please try again, there was a server level issue that was leading to a crash on January 9th 2019

    NOTE: This issue is only for the scenario where Illustrator 23.0.1 / 23.0.0 started crashing on January 9th 2019

    I found this page that solved my issue: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/illustrator-cc-crash-wacom-drivers.html. When I uninstall the Wacom drivers from my computer I can startup Illustrator without issues.

    Hello,

    The same issue still occurs on my system running Win 10 Enterprise Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134 Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7300U CPU @ 2.60GHz, 2712 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s) with 8 GB Ram.
    I did a Windows reset and installed the required applications from scratch, but nothing helps. Same issue for Illustrator 22.1, 23.0, 23.01, 23.02. disconnecting the network/ internet connection does not help.

    Any suggestion is welcome. I did send the crash reports.
