1. Illustrator 2019 won't quit (thinks a window is open) & all the menus are in disabled state.

   I am glad to update that this issue was fixed in 23.1 release.

   I just hit an accidental hotkey that did the same thing. I don't know what I turned on, when I am in the menus on the top of the screen the cursor is automatically in "search" in the help menu.
