    Thanks Egor, I finally found the solution: I had accidentaly tackled "use preview bounds" which provoked this issue. Untackling this box solved the problem

    Everytime I draw a shape (being a circle, a square..) of let say, 10mm by 10mm, if I check with the info tool, it indicates 10.363 mm instead of 10 mm !
    I tried to reboot iIlustrator, reinitialize the preferences etc..., with no effect and I have no clue how to solve this irritating issue
