As per the comment (quoted):
Select your pattern. In the task bar (on the right), tap object (square with dots in the corner and shapes inside of it) and choose Expand. This will create a grouped object inside a clipping path. The pattern can no longer be edited with the repeat task. If you want to delete the clipping path, double tap it and delete (you might want to change to Outline view to see the clipping path easier). Ungroup the objects or just double tap the object you want to edit.

Please see the attached video for reference.

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.2.3 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

I see, I just think it's a really bad UX having to deal with two different dialogs to add a simple blur, the ideal would be add the extra settings to the Gaussian Blur dialog, so you can adjust everything on the fly.

I believe that the resizing is fixed but now high blur values cause the blur to look boxed in the edges, look the attached video.

I See it's working now, it wasn't working back when the feature was first released. Thank you for the update, Egor
