An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedWe have the same problem within our office. And have it with Windows 7 and 10. There is an awkward work around. You have to open up task Manager and go to Background Apps and, starting at the bottom of the list for Adobe CEP HTML Engine, select and End Task. Then close Illustrator. Open it back up and go to Task Manager again and delete them again. After the second deletion, without closing Illustrator, it should work. I wish Adobe would fix this.

I forgot to add that it will show up once you try to use the menu items and they don't stay. Open Task Manager after you have tried to do something and then it will show up. Sometimes you don't have to restart the app, it will work the first time.
