Menu Bars dont hold. keep disappearing
Hi,
This is relaly frustrating. The Menu bars (all of them) keep disappearing when I click on them. By disappearing, I mean as if someone is pressing escape key. I cant select anything in the drop down, or have to move my mouse super quickly before the menu disappears :(
Also, the keyboard shortcuts don't work. please help!

I recently bought ipad pro 11 2021.
adobe illustrator is upto date.
when ever I open an fly out menus, they dissapear within 1 sec.
they stay on if I keep holding the button, but as soon as I lift the finger pufff, they are gone.
Even with this I can try to select the options from 1st level of fly out menu, but not the second level options. like selecting a color is fine, but cant change the brightness.
Ipad version: 15.1
adobe illustrator version: 2.0.2

I forgot to add that it will show up once you try to use the menu items and they don't stay. Open Task Manager after you have tried to do something and then it will show up. Sometimes you don't have to restart the app, it will work the first time.

Thanks for posting a workaround. Unfortunately, the "Adobe CEP HTML" doesn't show up in my Task Manager.

We have the same problem within our office. And have it with Windows 7 and 10. There is an awkward work around. You have to open up task Manager and go to Background Apps and, starting at the bottom of the list for Adobe CEP HTML Engine, select and End Task. Then close Illustrator. Open it back up and go to Task Manager again and delete them again. After the second deletion, without closing Illustrator, it should work. I wish Adobe would fix this.

Yes. This is occurring across our entire company (more than 100 users). Seems to occur in Windows 7 and Windows 10. We have all been forced to revert back to Illustrator 2018.
