    It absolutely should select the path of the AI file or the path that was last used for that specific file.
    It does not make any sense to globally take the prefix and the path that was last used in illustrator.
    Hey Adobe, most of us work on more than one file at the time. thanks for fixing this before I get retired in 30 years.
