1. Illustrator 2019 won't quit (thinks a window is open) & all the menus are in disabled state.

   How can I go back to Ai 2018 since 2019 is not working, can somebody tell me?

   same issue, Ai 2019 is not responding, I contacted Adobe support, they uninstalled and installed App but still with same problem, not responding
