   The problem is not fixed, alas, despite the previous fix, and everybody who tried to pick a Gradient tool after selecting a region with the Live Paint Selection tool can see this... OK, back to work with this.

   Teaching a class full of students- any updates on this bug. Would really appreciate a fix!
