    Hi Everyone,

    The fix has been rolled out and is available in our latest release build – 29.3.0 which is available worldwide now.

    Now groups get the applied appearance positioned above the Contents in the Appearance panel.

    I am having the same issue. Been searching for a solution, but found nothing. It seems to be a bug that goes way back that Adobe claim they are not able to reproduce and therefore not able to make a fix for it? :(

    But we are definitely not alone.
