We have released the support for Gradient swatches in CC library with our latest release - v29.3
You can select the gradient swatch in swatches panel and add it to CC Library through the button on the bottom bar in the panel. You can also select any object which has gradient applied and add that gradient to CC Library through Add Elements from the Libraries panel and choose Fill Gradient from the drop-down menu.
Please update to this version from your Creative Cloud Desktop application and let us know your feedback.

As designers, we put a lot of effort into creating the perfect workspaces for apps like InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop... but every time I need to reinstall any of these apps, my workspaces aren't loaded and it was very difficult to find out where or if they were backed up somewhere so I didn't need to create them all over again. Can you please have a 'Save' option in the Workspaces dropdown so we know where we are saving the workspaces... so we can then choose where we'd like to back them up? Should be able to back up in CC cloud or our own computers.

I agree, why are the thumbs so small, it is so difficult to see anything. The original libraries (not CC) for InDesign allowed a small and large thumbnail view which was very helpful. How come this wasn't brought over to CC libraries?

I can't believe Adobe haven't introduced this yet - not only to Illustrator, but to InDesign as well.
This is where Affinity is light years ahead, I'm afraid.
