    I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 24.3.0 which is available worldwide now.

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

    I'm having a similar issue. About 8 to 10 times a day... when I ether open a file or create a new one - Illustrator blanks out. See screen shot I just took of it happening. I'm on a 2019 iMac - running illustrator 2020. Oh and the only way to clear the problem is to quit and restart illustrator. This is about the 15th bug I've reported on this 2020 update... I've never seen such garbage - been using this program since illustrator 3 in the mid 1990s.
    Guys!!! Get it together!!!
