    I've been having this problem since CC 2019. I will type in the CMYK values manually and hit OK. When I click on the color and re-open the color picker, my color values for CMYK change. I have even tried saving the color as a swatch to hopefully lock in the color. When I open the color picker again, the value have changed. I'm on 26.0.3 for Windows.
