One time payment for package or product
This goes for all Adobe Products. I mostly use Illustrator. Bringing back a bundle, one time collection or individual services; one time payment instead of monthly.

commentedIt is extremely morally bankrupt to have no options for purchasing adobe products without a subscription and in keeping everyone on the subscription model you are limiting the applications to essential online use. Keep the subscriptions and develop online versions for that level of product and allow customers to actually purchase the software that costs them ridiculously large amounts of money. It's extremely unprofessional to require all of your users to have an internet connection while other professional software exists that is out performing you in every way and I can actually just purchase the software. It is really the exact opposite of what capitalism is supposed to be. The capitalist lie is that under socialism you will own nothing and be happy but in reality that is exactly what capitalism is currently doing. Everything is bought on credit or subscription based so in reality you own nothing under capitalism and are miserable. Do better and provide your users the ability to OWN the software they are paying so much for.

      Edi Smith commented Hi.
I have an issue trying Adobe Illustrator. I would like to try the stencil features to find out if it will meet my needs. The problem is i am forced to add my credit card details just for using the 7 day free trial. I am not prepared to do that at this time due to the fact that Adobe may not work out for me. Then im stuck dealing with automatic payments.
The other issue is the high monthly or yearly subscription costs. I would only use illustrator once in a while and cant justify the monthly cost.
And lastly, Adobe doesnt have an option to buy the full software for one payment only.
With that being said, im disappointed in Adobe for not offering a 7 day free trial for people to try the software, and that you cant buy the full program.
I feel Adobe are hindering themselves from potential customers.
At this point in time, i will have to decline the services that are currently in place.
At the moment, i am using Photoshop Elements 10, and i find the stencil features are less than adequate, and are not as defined as it could be. Hence im looking to try any other means that are out there.
I would like to hear your reply on this, so if you would respond, please contact me at ecce1@hotmail.com.
 Kind regards
 Alan.

Megumi Watanabe commented I am an ex-graphic designer who no longer work in the field but still get design jobs every now and them (about one a year). I am resorting to use other vector program since paying $45.99 AUD does not make sense when each project is very small. I would DEFINITELY purchase Illustrator if it was available to purchase outright as it used to be. Not to mention internet drops off often where I live. Please think of those who do not have perfect internet connection or who cannot afford the "contract" system.

commentedYou really should let ppl buy standalone software like Photoshop and Premiere is now.. WTF not with Illustrator? and the other softwares... I won't be using it much so paying under a subscription is too much....

commentedI would absolutely totally go for that as long as it's made affordable. In my opinion, for one-time payments, there could be different categories. I know everyone struggles financially from time-to-time, but for example: Beginners/ High-school/College students, the pricing should be cheaper/more reasonable than for someone who is either a semi-pro or pro at using Illustrator or any products and same goes for the other products. Monthly payments can get very costly. For example: Beginners/Students for individual products should be between $10-$15 for Illustrator or even Photoshop alone. Let's say there's about 3-4 other products combined together like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Bridge for example, that should be around $30 or so for a pkg. of 4 items. But if there's a package that includes Everything should be between $50-$100, maybe a little more than $100 as a max because Adobe has more products which includes design products than I thought they had. I feel like a one-time payment would be very helpful Especially for Students who are currently enrolled in a class who not only can't afford the monthly payments, but also either don't have nearly as much help from parents as they used to or no help at all where they have to pay for school themselves. And the pricing I mentioned above are suggestions where I feel like they're pretty reasonable whether it be a single product or a package. If there was a package, the main 2 I'd use would be Illustrator and Photoshop. But I'd prob. use Photoshop a whole lot more than Illustrator though with a one-time payment.

commentedYou say you're a company with integrity and you adhere to ethical standards, but there's nothing ethical about charging a monthly/yearly subscription fee rather than selling the software outright. It's a shady business practice and I will be finding another program for design work.
