Also, import to the new version ALL MY TEMPLATES. You created significant work for me to go an find the old templates and then get them into 2018

Most importantly: Send some of your engineers out to see people use your products in the real world that is NOT web design or print. See your users work in a PRODUCTION environment where the seemingly small changes or decisions you make have dollar impacts. In particular spend time with some individual users like me and many others, those not associated with a firm. Your eyes will be opened in ways you never imagined.
