Remove units from input boxes
When editing a value in an input box, e.g. the width of an artboard, the unit (px) is still included in the box. This makes it harder to hit the right spot in the text with your mouse, and makes it more prone to error. It's especially annoying when performing arithmetic!
Trying to avoid this situation: "306 p+34x"

I can see the reason behind this, but now way I’d like to get it happen. The benefit of having units right there in inputs is far more greater than a need to track the position of the cursor and hit end to avoid the problem.
I remember a request to display units in separate fields next to values, and I find it as inconvenient as this one. Sorry! -

No, this is a dumb idea, we need the units here because if we want to set a distance in an unit different to the unit set in the preferences, you can just add it to the value. Say, if you are working in pixels, the unit shown is px, but of you want to make the value 5 mm, you just type "5mm", an it converts to the equivalent value in pixels. What I suggest is that you learn to use the "Home" and "End" keys in your keyboard (up and down on Mac) to place the cursor in the end of the line before typing the values in.
