Password Protect for edit SVG "like save as PDF"
when save as PDF there are option "security" to can make password to restrict edit protected PDF, can please make this feature also for SVG.
because for example : if put SVG illustration in website it very easy for any person to take from the website and open it in illustrator or any SVG edit program, so need to make password when open SVG in any SVG edit program.

First, thanks a lot for taking the time and bringing this up here!
SVG is an open web format like HTML or CSS. I am afraid but the SVG specification does not define any codification or content protection of an SVG document. If we would add this feature in Adobe Illustrator then you would not be able to open the document anywhere else but Illustrator which would strike the purpose you are after.
The W3C currently works on a module called Encrypted Media Extension to encrypt content. For now, browser implementations focus on video streaming and as far as we know there are no attempts to extend EME to images and other content in browser implementations at this point in time. This module is currently focusing on web content and web based implementations. It may take more time before authoring tools of other vendors would be able to open the content.
We will revisit your request when browsers extend their implementations to content other than video streaming.
