Lock palettes or allow to undo UI changes
So many times I accidentally dragged palettes' icons instead of clicking them to open/close! Each time then I had to drag it back to place it was before or reset my workspace! A simple command 'Undo last UI change' or tick 'Lock UI' would save a lot of time for such clumsy people as I.

Adam commented Seems like this would be a basic feature to include.

commentedAgreed. This wold be a nice feature. Multiple workspace options would be even better.

commentedThere's a similar function in Photoshop, called "Lock Workspace". This is needed in Illustrator as well

commentedAgreed. It would be great to have the same locking workspace functionality as available in Photoshop.

commentedCan we please get an option to lock the toolbar? I am constantly having to reset the toolbar over and over throughout my work day Because my tools accidentally get moved around from accidentally clicking and dragging.

Photoshop introduced locking workspace in fresh release. I want same thing for AI. Or is it there already?
