Save for Web dialog does not remember all customized settings
We create web posting formats of figures in Illustrator and my customized settings do not save. Why do we have the option of Save Settings....when they do not save?
File > Export > Save for Web (Legacy) > Name > Custom setting named and save.
The Custom setting retains one of the defaults, in my case PNG-24, but does not retain any numerical measurements that IO enter beneath it.
We save many files with the same specs for our web posts. Why do I have a custom option to Save Settings when they only save a default. What's the point? Can you please make them save ALL of the settings?

In the layers palette I select the layer for export > File > Export > Save for Web (Legacy) and I get this window (screen cap attached).
I can save a custom setting (example, MCK web post) but it only allows me to save one of the default settings like PNG-24. If I change the image size values it does not retain them.
So what is the point of saving a custom setting when it does not save the information? It’s no different than choosing a default setting like PNG-24. So what? That is not efficient/helpful.
I request that this functionality be upgraded to truly Save Settings entirely as a customized selection indicates. Otherwise, you just waste users’ time trying to figure out why it’s not saving. We think the program is not working properly, I've wasted so much time trying to figure it out and have had 3 tech supp phone calls over it.I was told on the phone by the reps who spoke with me that the functionality is being true to the program. Okay, thus it is substandard and/or misleading.
Please file this as a programming team request to complete this promised functionality. Thanx for your help in this matter :-) Ginny Hull
