AI needs to be able to keep up with AE and CA, when I make a puppet for those apps in AI, AI becomes overwhelmed and hopelessly slow. It needs to be much more powerful so my workflow is reasonable. Also if I have to rasterize everything to help these apps handle the burden, there should be an undo button for rasterized bits for editing purposes. But there's a huge discrepancy between what these apps are supposed to be able to do, and what they actually can do.
