Additional Scripts Folder in Preferences

In the Preferences we have the ability to define an "Additional Plug-ins Folder" and that will really useful to have the same option for Scripts, specially in enterprise where you don't have the admin right.
Plus, that will allow to easily disable the Scripts if needed.

    bei Indesign geht das ja schon immer, bitte machen sie das auch für den Illustrator möglich
    z.B.:
    C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\InDesign\Version 16.0\de_DE\Scripts\Scripts Panel

    Very good idea!
    Subfolders should be visible as well.
    Just like InDesign's Scripts panel.
