Bug at the path points
My English is not good so I made a video to explain my problem.
This just happened in Illustrator 2019 but it was already in 2018. Only in 2017 does it happen. This problem only happens on this computer. On other computers I use does not happen.
How do I solve this?

It looks like you got your bounding box accidentaly disabled. Enable it back with Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+B hotkey or via View > Show Bounding Box command.
