Rasterize effect of bitmap is too simple
Please add some other algorithm in rasterize effect of bitmap.
in Photoshop we have pattern dither, Diffusion dither, halftone screen, custom pattern Or in Corel Photo Paint we have line art, Ordered , Jarvis, Stuki , floyd-steinberg, halfton, cardinality distribution But in illustrater we have only one algorithm.
also please able us to choose color of rastered pixels. it is very important because some times graphists add this effect to gradient or mesh gradient but they like another color instead of black color and transparent instead of white

This would be a great addition for those who use AI for surface pattern design and repeat patterns. Bitmap textures keep the file size much smaller and manageable.

yes please
If I had a nickel for every time I saw a new user asking "how do I get a halftone" on various forums I would not have to worry about paying my rent for a few years.

I agree. This is a very good idea. I work with movies and 3D space and I use Photoshop and Illustrator to make texture for 3D components, which makes it harder for me to work on the Illustrator.
please consider it -

Unfortunately, it's been a long time that Adobe doesn't add new filters and effects and has focused more on new features such as 3D, appearance,....
Perhaps it's time to review existing features and make them more useful and powerfull .
Thanks to Adobe💖 -
