Halftone vector
As one of my friend getting irregular shaped while creating Halftone Vector by following this steps
Create a shape (circle) > Use Gradient in it > Effect > Pixelate > Color halftone > Object > Raster > Image trace
He was getting irregular circle shapes in the artwork.
So while exploring to resolve this we added Blend option just after doing raster. That remove the irregular shape.
Create a shape (circle) > Use Gradient in it > Effect > Pixelate > Color halftone > Object > Raster > Blend (inside object menu) > Blend options > Image trace (make sure that Ignore white option is check in)
I hope it will resolve someone else issue too.

Wait, what? There is no 'Raster' command or menu inside of Object menu...
I suppose you meant Rasterize. The latter part is completely unclear to me. You suggest making a blend from the raster image? And this is somehow solves the irregularity in the traced image after? The blend does not get applied to a single (or not) raster image at all.
Or it’s rather a suggestion you make about how you think it should work, and not a solution, as you claim in the last line?
Anyway, I know of a Phantasm plugin from AstuteGraphics plugins pack that allows to make proper smooth vector halftones out of anything.
But if you found a hack to bypass it — please demonstrate, because so far the explanation/suggestion above is kind of gibberish.
