Ink Coverage tool
Please add Ink Coverage Tool similar to one in Esko ArtPro plus, with ability to print a report. It's very important for printing houses to keep track of ink consumption and that tool would make great addition to AI, thus eliminating need for additional software.

Je travaille pour le packaging carton. J'ai besoin de connaitre le taux d'encrage de chaque teinte de mes fichiers. Cette info est-elle disponible sur un logiciel Adobe. Mes principaux outils sont Illustrator et Acrobat Pro.
Aujourd'hui, je suis obligée de demandé cette info à mes fournisseurs de photogravure (ArtPro+), je vous joiont un exemple des info que je cherche à obtenir. Merci pour votre aide. -

I can imagine it’s expensive to add something like this, but the Eyedropper + Info modification seems much more realistic... -

Or simply give us a total value in the 'info' panel when using the eyedropper to scan over the page - just like you do in Photoshop.
