Screen recording / timelapse for showing work progress or tutorial steps
Wondering if you guys could incorporate a timelapse tool inside the app to record the artwork being done?

In some art creation apps, there's usually a feature that allows you to export your art as a timelapse video. I could see this being a very helpful feature for those trying to teach other growing designers and to help explain their creative process.

You can export a video time-lapse in procreate on the iPad. It would be great to have this feature on the desktop for adobe in general with the option to hide layers that you don't want to show in the video (e.g reference images). Just a thought!

Procreate has this feature where you can download a recap video, which is bassically like a recap video of your work using your history simular to that of using a screen recording software well working on your stuff. Procreate is a smaller file and much cheaper but I want to be able to do all the same stuff and stay with you guys. I love your programs and I really don't want to switch program providers for my work. I feel like this feature could be applied to all the programs. I'm looking for it for illustrator but I could see this as a good tool for all of the programs. It would help out us content creators when it comes to making tutorials and stuff of that nature which in turn helps you guys cause we would be telling people about your programs as well in how to videos obviously. ❤

I would also welcome this, but at a slightly different level, that is, record at the data level to save on data bloat. What I mean is record the coordinates, color, stroke, etc., so basically the history of what was done and be able to export that as a video.
I'm assuming most of this could be done by utilizing unlimited history states, and writing that as a separate rider file so it can be saved and picked up again, even after closing that document / program.

Have the ability to record your screen while you work in order to show the progress of work or document "how to" using video. Something similar to Procreate, a digital illustration app. Right now I use Quicktime to record my screen but it shows my whole desktop and requires editing in premier. It would be great for showing our clients work in progress or easily train new hires.

I have better idea: make History panel and make this export feature part of it
