Deactivate unused functions / tools / filters / plugins

An option to deactivate unused functions. In that way we could not only deactivate keyboard shortcuts (which it's already doable), but also speed up loading times and work flow.

    I just updated illy. Never had a plugin error before. Now I get the pop-up with Error loading plugins SelectiveUnlock.aip

    A simple plugin Manager on start up would be helpful. Maybe hold down the Space bar on Startup that gives you an option to enable or disable, any third party or memory hungry plugins.

    Speaking to our in-house developer, he suggested having a feature where if you don't use certain functionality, you can turn it off. Hopefully this would make the software run quicker.
