In illustrator If we feed a chemical compound formula that needs to be transformed as a chemical structure.

    II persoanlly doubt it will ever happen as a native feature in Illustrator... only if a third-party company develops a plugin (not aware of any). There are dedicated applications for this: ChemDraw, ACD/ChemSketch, Chemify... Illustrator, being a general tool, won’t ever be as good as these dedicated ones :)
