I Have this issue from 3 Days

this issue is that i can't see the main interface it's load and i can't see the buttons and the main interface, Could you help please?

Try to reset preferences. Hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac) as you start Illustrator.
