Illustrator not responding can not save files, crashes on two different computers
Since illustrator 2020 was updated I can not work on it. It's slow, crashes and can not save files. I urgently need this fixed. I range adobe who said it was due to my lap top being only 8 gb of ram and they re set my settings, it became worse. I then tried it on a computer with 16gb of ram and same issue. No one can tell me the problem. I need to complete an important project.

Hi Kerri, we will have someone from our team follow up w/ you. Do you have the ticket/case number handy that you used to talk to Adobe re this?
