Ability to change the Canvas size after a new document is created (normal to large and vise versa)
The new expanded large canvas size is great, but I think there should be an option to change the canvas size from the standard one to the expanded large one after a document is created instead of having to create a new document.

After a canvas and artboard are created, I'm unable to include a new artboard without creating a new document with a larger canvas to fit the second artboard
Simple feature of just being able to resize the canvas in the artboard settings
Or have it automatically dynamic based on artboard requirements -

we need the ability to expand the canvas.
some of us work with large multiple artboards alighned next to each other and we need extra space to use it, so expanding the canvas to our convenience should be a feature.

Now that we have the ability to have a larger canvas which is great I'm running into the issue of not being able to adjust the canvas size of an already created document.
A couple of scenarios.
1. I have an old scaled document that I'm working on in 1/10 scale but now that I have to make changes to the design would like to adjust up to 100% so that is easier to communicate sizes when sending out.2. I start a document that falls within the smaller canvas size but then when I add more artboards or need to add an element that falls outside of the smaller canvas size it now won't let me or doesn't adjust so I have to start a new document and move everything over just to have the larger canvas size.
It would be great to have the ability to adjust the canvas size in like "Document Info" or if it just automatically adjusted when you exceeded the bounds.

After the new update (24.2.1) some plug-ins are getting confused by the scaled Canvas (acting as if the artwork is 10% of actual scale, while the rulers in Illustrator itself are showing correct values). So it would be nice to be able to reset the canvas size or even auto reset once the Artwork / Artboards drop back down below the canvas limit.
